Star Men Interactive 

 

Star Men Interactive offers tours of the Universe, led by the scientists featured in the film. The tours take users to visit the objects of their scientific research, introducing non-scientists to the questions they asked and the methods they developed to answer them. It emphasizes how scientific discovery is the product of human curiousity and ingenuity, and is accessible to anyone. 

 

The tours are built in Worldwide Telescope, a project of the American Astronomical Society and Microsoft Research. Worldwide Telescope is a virtual observatory, knit together from images and data collected by all of the world's optical telescopes.
